But Dr. Vikram Sarabhai and Raza Mehdi are against his decision. They both believe that the country needs silence because the atomic bomb has always destroyed countries. Despite having different opinions. They all came together and worked on India’s Nuclear Programe. Finally, they both successfully launched the rocket on 21 November 1963.
